Fish Omega-3 Reduces Breast Cancer Risk

Fish are rich in omega-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs), such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Do this fatty acids decrease the risk of breast cancer?

EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids found in fish such as salmon. In this study, the levels of these fatty acids were measured in the red blood cells of women.
