Phytoestrogens And Soy

Does soy food intake as consumed in Asian populations decrease the risk o breast cancer?

Phytoestrogens are derived from plants and can have either estrogenic or antiestrogenic activity.
Soy isoflavones such as genistein and daidzein may lower breast cancer risk. The concern is that it may promote the growth of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer cells.
