In this randomized controlled trial, 10 breast cancer patients undergoing medical treatment exercised for up to 60 minutes, twice a week, at 40-60% of predicted maximum exercise capacity.
At the end of 6 months, they had less treatment side effects such as fatigue and decreased caloric intake.
